We are looking for a confident, motivated and people-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our HR, Learning & Development and Talent Solutions business.

You will connect with business leaders, build relationships, identify opportunities and help companies discover solutions to their talent challenges.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in approaching, speaking and engaging with new people, including business decision-makers.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling conversations and following up with prospects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient and target-driven.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR or related fields.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
• Confidence in conducting presentations, product demonstrations or client pitches.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, Learning & Development or technology solutions.

How Will You Get This Done?

• Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify prospects, connect with decision-makers and secure qualified meetings.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business opportunities and support campaigns.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
