Job Summary

Manage WellAway’s daily clinic operations, leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure safe medication dispensing and excellent patient service. Opportunity to support business development and marketing based on interest and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and safe medication dispensing
• Coordinate patient service, support clinic and doctor clients, and manage billing processes smoothly
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality
• Monitor e-pharmacy workflow and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve performance and service goals
• Develop staff schedules and plan manpower to meet operational demands
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff development
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for new and existing staff
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel features such as Macros
