Contract: 9 Months (Until 31 July 2027)
Salary: $3,500–$4,500/month + $15 Phone Allowance
Location: Outram
Working Hours: Office Hours, Some Weekend Work Required (Off-in-Lieu Provided)

Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate support group programmes, talks and activities
• Organise events, workshops, outings and an annual award ceremony
• Liaise with speakers, healthcare professionals and community partners
• Prepare event materials, simple eDMs and programme announcements
• Manage programme registrations, attendance records and member engagement
• Support event budgets, payment administration and monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline
• Prior experience in programme coordination, event planning or community engagement required
