What You'll Do:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM and Filenet case management solutions
️ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Oversee system integration, configuration, and workflow automation
Monitor system performance and execute enhancements as needed
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and changes

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 9 years of experience in BPM/case management with strong hands-on Filenet expertise
Solid background in business process analysis, design, and optimization
Proficiency in solution architecture and system integration
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
