PROPERTY ADVISOR

Reporting To: Team Leader – Dian Kamilah

1. Job Purpose

To assist clients in finding suitable properties for rental, subsale and new project purchases while developing strong sales, marketing and customer relationship skills with guidance and support from the team leader.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Property Marketing & Content Creation

• Create and post property listings on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Produce engaging property videos, photos and marketing content to attract potential clients.
• Follow up on enquiries generated through social media and online advertisements.
• Learn how to convert online enquiries into property viewings and successful sales.

B. Lead Generation & Customer Follow-Up

• Identify and generate potential buyers, tenants, landlords and property owners.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain good customer relationships.
• Understand clients' needs, budgets and property preferences.

C. Property Viewing & Sales Activities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients.
• Assist clients with property selection, negotiations and transaction processes.
• Coordinate with owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, bankers and relevant parties.
• Provide accurate property information and professional customer service.

D. Sales & Business Development

• Promote rental, subsale and new project properties.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and marketing activities.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, viewings and sales progress.

E. Learning & Professional Development

• Attend training and coaching sessions provided by the team leader.
• Learn property market knowledge, prospecting, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Follow the team's working system, guidelines and ethical standards.
• Continuously improve communication, marketing and sales skills.

3. Requirements

• Interested in property sales, marketing and entrepreneurship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, take action and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable using social media and willing to create content.
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to assigned tasks and targets.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Fresh graduates and beginners are welcome.
