• Bachelor’s Degree and above

• Science & Engineering background preferred with good English reading and writing skills

• Proficient in office software, able to read 2D / 3D drawings

• Working proficiency in English; basic Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, coordination, learning and time management skills

Support Project Manager in vendor management, internal follow-up, project documentation and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project documents (BOM, Pipeline, MIL), identify project bottlenecks; support quotation collection and cost analysis; conduct preliminary review of drawings, DR and DFM; translate customer documents and compile data reports.

• Issue purchase orders, track delivery schedule, handle reconciliation, payment application and sample shipment; work with PE, QE and production team for quality improvement; complete customer-requested DOE validation; prepare test data and submit RoHS reports to customers.
