Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related creative field.

• Hands-on experience with Canva, social media publishing tools, and mobile or desktop video editing applications.

• Passion for brand storytelling, digital marketing trends, and creative experimentation.

• Must be willing to work on-site at Summerton, Bayan Lepas, Penang.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms using tools such as CapCut, VN, or basic Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Manage and grow social media communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through trending content, engaging captions, and active audience interaction.

• Design eye-catching marketing visuals and promotional materials using Canva.

• Assist in developing content strategies, monitoring performance analytics, and exploring paid advertising optimization through Facebook and Instagram Ads to maximize reach.

• Maintain and regularly update the company website to ensure content remains fresh, accurate, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
