Job Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment engineering team to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Improve equipment performance, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Manage equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, equipment lifecycle, spare parts, and reliability improvement.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Drive equipment upgrades, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure equipment readiness to meet production capacity, quality, and delivery targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and equipment suppliers.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and equipment-related escalations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience in semiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, OEE, RCA, and FMEA.
• Experience with imaging, lithography, optical inspection, X-ray inspection, metrology, or precision measurement equipment is an advantage.
• Experience in automation, machine vision, data-driven inspection, and CAPEX project management is preferred.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
