Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MCN Talent & Host Incubation Manager to develop and manage our content creator and livestreaming talent network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, recruit, and onboard livestream hosts, influencers, and digital content creators.
2. Develop structured training programs for livestreaming, content creation, and audience engagement.
3. Support creators in personal branding, content positioning, and monetization strategies.
4. Manage creator schedules, livestream activities, and performance reviews.
5. Analyze performance indicators, including audience engagement, traffic growth, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
6. Monitor industry trends and platform developments to improve creator performance.
7. Develop long-term relationships with content creators and digital talent partners.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in MCN operations, livestreaming management, influencer marketing, or talent management.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and social commerce ecosystems.
3. Good communication, coaching, and talent development skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
5. Ability to analyze creator performance and develop improvement strategies.
