Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance within construction industry.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (e.g., CIDB, MS standards), local regulations, and codes.

Proficient in quality management systems, familiarity with construction software and tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferably looking for Mandarin speaking candidates to cater to the related group of people.

Ensure compliance with local construction standards, regulations and project specifications throughout the construction process.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure materials, workmanship, and procedures meet the required standards.

Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues or discrepancies in construction work.

Maintain accurate records of quality control procedures, inspections, and test results as per project requirements.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management.
