Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of office system furniture, loose furniture and related workplace solutions.
• Develop new corporate accounts while managing and growing existing clients.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits and industry contacts.
• Manage leads, enquiries, tenders and project opportunities from initial discussion through to sales closure.
• Meet clients to understand requirements and prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up closely to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, designers, architects, contractors and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Design, QS, Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in office/system furniture, commercial interiors, renovation or related B2B project sales preferred.
• Good hunter mentality with proven ability to develop new business.
• Good communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Existing network with designers, architects, contractors, procurement teams or corporate clients is advantageous.
• Singapore market experience preferred.
• For Sales Manager level, candidates should have stronger industry experience, an established network and a proven sales track record.
