About the Role

We are looking for an experienced consultant who can understand how a business works, connect the dots across people, processes, and technology, and turn complex challenges into practical digital solutions.

You will work directly with clients to uncover what they need, including needs they may not yet be able to articulate. You will bring structure to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and develop ideas that balance business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.

This is a hands-on role that spans discovery, solution development, and delivery. You should be comfortable making recommendations, explaining your reasoning, and working with designers and engineers to bring those recommendations to life.

Your responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and workshops to understand business goals, operations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Look beyond individual requests to identify underlying problems and connections across teams, processes, systems, and customer experiences.
• Develop creative, practical solution options and help clients evaluate their benefits, trade-offs, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear solution concepts, workflows, requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to shape solutions that are useful, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Guide clients through decisions on scope and approach, constructively challenging requests where a different solution would better address their needs.
• Stay involved throughout delivery to resolve questions, assess changes, and ensure the solution continues to address the original business problem.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and appropriate use of AI.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations that clearly explain the business problem, recommended approach, and expected value.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital consulting, business transformation, solution consulting, or client-facing digital delivery.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading client discovery and shaping solutions to business problems.
• Strong business understanding, with the ability to quickly learn how an organisation operates and what drives its performance.
• Ability to bring together information from different stakeholders, identify patterns, and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear recommendations.
• Creative problem-solving skills supported by sound judgement and practical delivery experience.
• Experience taking digital initiatives from initial discovery through implementation, with clear examples of your contribution and the outcomes achieved.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sufficient understanding of digital products, software development, integrations, and data to work effectively with technical teams and assess trade-offs.
