We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to drive manufacturing efficiency, process optimization, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, improve manufacturing processes and support overall operational excellence.

1. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through production process optimization, waste reduction and productivity improvement.
2. Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows, production line layouts and operational processes to improve overall efficiency and capacity.
3. Develop, review and implement standardized work procedures and work instructions to ensure operational consistency and minimize unnecessary activities and downtime.
4. Analyze manufacturing cost data, identify improvement opportunities and propose cost optimization initiatives supported by data.
5. Monitor and analyze key production and equipment performance indicators (KPIs) to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
6. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and other relevant departments to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Lead and coordinate 5S, Lean Manufacturing and process improvement projects, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
8. Evaluate improvement results, monitor project effectiveness and ensure sustainable implementation of improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects to achieve productivity, efficiency and cost reduction objectives.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, process improvement or related functions.
3. Experience in battery manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, productivity improvement and cost reduction methodologies.
5. Experience in manufacturing process optimization, production line layout improvement and workflow analysis.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data and recommend practical solutions.
7. Good project management, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
8. Proactive, results-oriented and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives independently.
