Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and service-related cases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Analyse recurring customer issues and recommend service improvements.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support customer engagement and service improvement initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, documentation and data entry.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and other administrative documents.
• Maintain and update records, databases and internal trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and follow-up actions where required.
• Provide administrative support to the department and assist with other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service, customer relations or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments
