Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the restaurant team to achieve and surpass operational and financial objectives.
• Inspire team members to consistently deliver excellent service and positive guest interactions.
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules to ensure smooth operations during all shifts.
• Monitor and improve daily workflows to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
• Maintain company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Support brand-building efforts, community engagement, and environmentally responsible practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and solving problems effectively.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
