Company Transport: Choa Chu Kang / Woodlands / Jurong East

Responsibilities
• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO) using SRM
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and obtain order confirmations
• Follow up on outstanding orders and backorders to ensure timely delivery
• Review open PO reports and monitor order status
• Liaise with suppliers on purchasing and delivery matters

Requirements
• Purchasing / procurement / order processing experience advantageous
• Comfortable liaising and following up with suppliers
• Meticulous with good administrative and coordination skills
