Key Responsibilities

• Manage management's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
• Arrange business travel, prepare itineraries and handle related arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and other business documents.
• Coordinate communication between management, internal departments, clients and business partners.
• Follow up on project progress, outstanding matters and assigned action items.
• Organise and maintain confidential documents, records and correspondence.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, business visits and company events.
• Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in executive assistance, administration or office coordination is an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
