Position : Solution Architect

Salary : RM 8,000 – RM 12,000

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Summary

The Solution Architect will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into practical and reliable technology solutions. This role will evaluate existing systems, recommend suitable architecture and technologies, and provide technical guidance throughout project implementation. The position will work closely with business stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, performance expectations and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solution designs based on business and technical requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, platforms and system integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams during implementation.
  • Review existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation and scalability.
  • Prepare solution designs, architecture diagrams and relevant technical documentation.
  • Consider system performance, security, infrastructure requirements and future expansion when designing solutions.
  • Keep up to date with relevant cloud technologies, infrastructure solutions and industry developments.
  • Support other technical or project-related activities when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of system architecture, integration and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system sizing, security and performance considerations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and provide technical leadership to project teams.
  • Cloud or architecture certifications such as AWS, Azure or TOGAF would be an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
