Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural works and site activities for assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve architectural issues on site effectively
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details to verify accurate site execution
Monitor progress of architectural works against project schedules and identify potential delays or issues proactively
Supervise and coordinate architectural subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Conduct regular site inspections and manage rectification of architectural defects and non-conformities promptly
Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, façade, and other trades to minimize site clashes and interface issues
Participate in site and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to align project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architectural site management, preferably with a major main contractor
