• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Must be able to speak Mandarin.

• Knowledge of SQL is required.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin.

• Strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude.

• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, self-motivated, and committed to work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

• Required to support weekend work for courses, workshops, or company events when needed.

• Replacement leave will be provided for weekend work to maintain a 5-day work week.

• Handle daily accounting transactions and financial records.

• Prepare monthly financial and performance reports.

• Manage collections, payments, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant departments.

• Ensure accounts are properly maintained and comply with company standards.

• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
