Job Scope:

• System Compliance: Maintain and monitor standards like GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), MESTI, or ISO frameworks.
• Audits & CAPA: Conduct internal audits, assist external auditors, investigate non-conformities, and write Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Monitor daily factory cleanliness, facility hygiene, and pest control contractor routines.
• Halal Certification & Management: Manage Halal applications, renewals, and product registrations with authorities like JAKIM or state religious departments (e.g., JAIS).
• Halal Assurance System (HAS): Establish, update, and oversee the company’s HAS manual and monitor Halal Critical Points (HCP).
• Supplier & Ingredient Verification: Verify that all raw materials, additives, and secondary ingredients are Halal-certified and sourced from approved suppliers.
• Internal Halal Committee (IHC): Act as an active coordinator or member of the IHC, organizing staff awareness and hygiene trainings.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Chemical) or in Food Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with QA/QC related
• Handle ISO 9001 & 22000 requirement and documentation.
• Knowledge in in Tin Can Manufacturing / Process Industry is added advantage.
• Attended training or knowledge ISO QMS/Food Safety/GMP/FSSC.
• Computer literate
• Required language for reading and writing : Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Good communication skills and good at teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih.
• Must be Malaysian Citizen.

Working Hour

Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
