Kerja Sepenuh Masa, IT Infrastructure Engineer (HPC, Linux - Servers di Datacom Enterprise Pte Ltd - Dcom, Tough, QRush - Maukerja

Datacom Enterprise Pte Ltd is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in servers, Linux and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

This role requires the ability to deploy, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure independently. Desktop support experience alone is insufficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Linux and Windows servers, GPU workstations and HPC clusters.

• Configure cluster environments, including head/login nodes, compute nodes, job scheduling and user access.

• Install and troubleshoot NVIDIA drivers, CUDA and related GPU software components.

• Configure NAS storage, RAID, NFS/SMB file sharing and access permissions.

• Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity, including IP addressing, VLANs and 10GbE/25GbE connections.

• Diagnose hardware, operating system, storage and cluster connectivity issues.

• Conduct site surveys, installation testing and customer handovers.

• Prepare technical documentation, configuration records and service reports.

• Work with customers, vendors and the sales team to assess requirements and define implementation scopes.

Requirements

• Practical experience administering Linux servers, preferably Ubuntu.

• Hands-on experience deploying or supporting HPC clusters, including Slurm or a similar workload scheduler.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networking and shared storage.

• Familiarity with SSH, Linux permissions, services, logs and Bash scripting.

• Ability to carry out onsite installations and resolve technical issues independently.

• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with GPU computing, NVIDIA Container Toolkit, Docker or Apptainer.

• Familiarity with MPI, Open OnDemand, LDAP and research computing applications.

• Experience with virtualisation, backup systems and Windows Server administration.
