• 5 to 6 years of civil structural engineering experience.
• Proven background in elevated rail design and viaduct structures.
• Prior experience working within C&S civil structural consultancies.
• Clear technical communication skills for senior external stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset for solving complex structural engineering problems.
• Demonstrated readiness to mentor and guide junior engineering talent.

Nice to have / Bonus:

• Prior exposure to precast box girders or launching gantries.
