Job Description & Requirements:-

Location: 1 Ubi View, Focus One, #03-06 Singapore 408555

Working arrangement: Hybrid (Mix of Work from home, office and On-Site Client Visits)

Main role:

As part of our customer service team, he or she provides technical support to the customers and acts as a communication channel support between the 'customer' and the 'client'.

Job responsibilities description:

- Perform customer support tasks

- Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve all issues

- To configure and test equipment prior to delivery

- Provide on-site support for installation

- Produce frequent and analytical service reports

- Track and document the progression of the work

- Team up with colleagues and pass on important information

- Discern customer needs and provide technical support

- Build relationships and trust support with customers and clients

- Operating efficiently to conclude incoming/outgoing calls including service maintenance and communication activities

- Any other duties assigned by your superior

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Field Service Representative

Must possess basic IT troubleshooting skills

Good knowledge of English

Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment

Ability to adapt to changing work schedules

Ability to handle incoming support request during weekends

Familiarity with hand tools and mobile applications

Must familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system

A strong customer service mind-set

Excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal and presentation skills

Training will be provided

Previous experience as a Field Service Representative, IT Support, or Electronics Technician is an advantage, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
