Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair: Inspect, maintain and repair heating and cooling systems, covering mechanical, electrical and refrigeration components.
• Respond and rectify: Be on call for system breakdowns, diagnose the root cause and restore operation quickly.
• Preventive maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance and performance checks to keep client systems running optimally.
• Installation and commissioning: Take part in installation, commissioning and acceptance tests, and oversee supplier and vendor work, ensuring performance is acceptable before handover.
• Report and comply: Communicate system conditions clearly to customers and the internal team, keep accurate service and inventory records, and comply with Health & Safety and 5S requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum certificate or diploma in a relevant technical or engineering field (e.g. air conditioning and refrigeration, mechanical, electrical). Higher qualifications are welcome.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing, repair, installation and troubleshooting, with working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience in heating and cooling or HVAC systems is an added advantage.
• Disciplined and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to travel to sites nationwide, work overtime, stand by on call, and hold a valid driving license.
