Key responsibilities
- Provide live time support and answer all related online channels (customer inquiry) with positive, empathetic and professional attitude
- Acknowledge mobile app orders, support, and resolve customer orders during working hours
- Explain and provide recommendation of products or services to online customers to fulfill customer needs
- Assist with weekly/monthly customer feedback report to head of department
About you
- Willing to step up and take up new challenges or roles
- Dedicate to strengthen customer experience
- Able to prioritize customer inquiries and is detail oriented
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work on shifts schedule (either morning shift or afternoon shift)
- Able to work during public holiday and in shifts in the future (with extra allowances)
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
