• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on payments and ensure that all invoices are settled according to the agreed payment terms.
• Support sales activities and assist in achieving the team’s sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
