Job Title: Account & Admin Clerk (JT-1040)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat, 8.30am to 1pm
Basic Salary: up to $3500

Job Description:
• Key in supplier bills daily and make sure the monthly total matches the SOA.
• Update Purchase Orders (POs) in Google Sheets.
• Attach printed POs to supplier bills before sending them for payment.
• Prepare and file payment vouchers after payment.
• Submit GST quarterly.
• Do bank reconciliation monthly.
• Assist external auditors by providing the documents they need for the audit
