Job Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Quality, Safety, Health, Environment (QSHE), Integrated Management Systems (IMS), construction, highway operations or contractor management will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and applicable occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with internal and external ISO audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
• Relevant safety, environmental or internal auditor certification will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record management.
• Ability to conduct inspections, prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of risk assessment, root cause analysis and management system principles.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments, contractors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence (B2 and D).
• Willing to travel to various work locations along the highway alignment.

Preferred Advantage

Candidates with relevant industry experience and exposure to ISO management systems, auditing and regulatory compliance will have an added advantage.
