This position provides critical administrative, financial, and clerical support to the data entry and submission of claims via the ILTC portal, covering Day Rehab Centres (DRCs) and Home Care / Home Therapy (HT) services.

Job Description:

• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, routing callers to appropriate staff and relay telephone messages.

• Execute monthly ILTC billing processes for both Day Rehab Centres (DRCs) and Home Care/Home Therapy (HT)

• Perform general clerical duties including filing of documents, make arrangements for documents destruction, etc.

• Track payments diligently and maintain the invoice control list for HT services.

• Prepare daily billing data, ensuring timely inputs and transaction accuracy.

• Reconcile quarterly ILTC submissions to detect and rectify financial discrepancies promptly.

• Facilitate annual subvention audits (ILTC).

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to follow up on billing anomalies, payment clearances, and account reconciliations.

• Any other duties as and when assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level Other Information

• Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, filing and record keeping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, warm personality and service-oriented

• Good ability to work well within a team and to work independently
