Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.

Source and purchase lighting products from local and overseas suppliers.

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms and warranty conditions.

Maintain supplier records and ensure products meet project specifications.

Coordinate deliveries and shipments with suppliers and project teams.

Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery delays.

Track material availability and support inventory control.

Assist with cost comparisons and supplier evaluations.

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Accounts.

Assist with supplier registration and compliance documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.
