Train and mentor new staff to build team capability and maintain service standards
Perform hands-on duties during peak hours to support smooth cafe operations
Conduct back-end recording and data tabulation using Excel during off-peak hours to maintain accurate operational records
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and cafe premises to uphold hygiene and safety standards
Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
Engage with customers by providing friendly service and making menu recommendations to enhance their experience
