Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in construction projects

• Able to read and understand technical drawings

• Familiar with AutoCAD or relevant engineering software

• Able to work in a site-based environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction works

• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documents

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project team to ensure smooth project progress

• Monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule

• Support in preparing reports, documentation, and technical submissions

• Assist in resolving technical issues on site

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
