Able to communicate comfortably in Mandarin and English when dealing with students, universities and partner teams.

Naturally organised and someone who pays attention to details — even the little ones.

Know how to follow up, keep things on track and make sure tasks actually get done.

Comfortable handling several applications, deadlines and updates at the same time.

Proactive, responsible and confident enough to take ownership when something needs to be done.

Willing to work on-site in Bandar Sunway and travel when required.

Follow students through their application journey, from the first enquiry to university enrolment.

Review documents, entry requirements and prior learning details, making sure the information is correct.

Coordinate between students, universities and internal teams to keep the application process moving.

Share important application updates and university changes with the right people.

Monitor EMGS visa progress and follow up with the relevant parties when needed.

Keep student records, application timelines and updates organised, accurate and current.

Handle multiple applications while keeping a close eye on deadlines, updates and details.
