Job Overview

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in property, hospitality, administration, or reception is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Comfortable using computers and handling basic administrative tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle guests and enquiries professionally.

• Own transport is preferred. Candidates without their own vehicle must possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable driving an MPV when required.

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

• Handle reception duties and attend to guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins, and check-outs through booking platforms and other communication channels.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, records, and property-related coordination.

• Support the daily operations of short-stay properties and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

• Coordinate and supervise cleaners and maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed to the expected standard.

• Arrange repairs, maintenance, and replenishment of household supplies when required.

• Keep property listings, availability, pricing, booking information, and other relevant records up to date.
