Key Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management: Deliver superior, high-touch client service to enhance the overall investor experience. Drive engagement across HNWIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
• Sales Operations & Data Analytics: Maintain, analyze, and optimize client dataset conversion pipelines and CRM metrics to increase business development efficiency.
• Business Development & Expansion: Execute strategic initiatives to expand the company's global client reach and drive growth across new investor verticals.
• Collateral & Deal Materials: Prepare high-quality marketing decks, presentation materials, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investment memorandums for clients, board members, and strategic partners.
• Platform Enhancement: Assist with user experience workflows and feature enhancements on the company's digital investor platform
• Investor Events & Marketing Support: Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive client engagement events, roundtables, and conferences to strengthen investor loyalty and trust.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, investor relations, or financial services.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interfacing skills suited for C-suite and high-net-worth interactions.
• Detail Orientation: Highly meticulous with precision in managing pitch decks, compliance DDQs, and client data sets.
• Cultural Fit: Resilient, empathetic, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Preferred Advantage: Prior experience in a FinTech lending platform, private debt fund, or alternative investment firm performing sales/ BD functions is a distinct advantage.
