Job Responsibilities

      Perform final inspection of surface-treated components.

      Verify surface condition, cleanliness, discoloration, stains, scratches, dents, contamination, and workmanship defects.

      Check treatment requirements against customer drawings, specifications, and approved standards.

      Conduct visual and dimensional inspections when required.

      Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming products with clear defect descriptions and photographic evidence.

      Support Quality Engineers in investigations and corrective actions.

      Ensure inspection activities adhere to company quality policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

      Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

      Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical field.

      1–2 years of QC inspection experience preferred, surface treatment inspection experience is an advantage.

      Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring instruments.

      Training or certification in NDT, FPI/MPI, or surface treatment is an advantage.

      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

      Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

      Able to commit overtime when required.

      Willing to work in East Region, Changi North Crescent.
