We are looking for a patient, responsible and dedicated educator who enjoys working with children and teenagers, values teamwork, and is willing to learn and grow with the organisation.
We welcome candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin, Chinese Studies, or a related field.

• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese.

• Clear and accurate Mandarin pronunciation.

• Strong Chinese writing skills.

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Primary and/or Secondary Chinese Language.

• Passionate about Chinese education and interested in contributing to the growth and development of Chinese language education in Malaysia.

• Malaysian citizen.

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Patient, caring, responsible and committed to students' learning.

• Able to teach at night for 4 days per week.

• Working hours are mainly from afternoon to night.

• Must be able to work and teach on-site at our centre.

• Looking for a long-term career and willing to grow together with the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Teach Secondary Chinese Language, including:

  • Modern Text Comprehension

  • Classical Chinese

  • Essay Writing

  • Classical Poetry and related components

• Teach Primary Chinese Language, with a focus on:

  • Reading Comprehension

  • Writing

• Monitor students' learning progress and provide guidance according to individual learning needs.

• Provide patient and constructive support to help students improve their Chinese language proficiency.

• Prepare teaching materials, lesson resources and relevant worksheets.

• Participate in curriculum development, lesson planning and continuous teaching improvement.

• Attend company meetings, teacher training and professional development activities.

• Carry out relevant administrative duties as assigned by the company.

• Participate in company-organised activities, including student recruitment and promotional activities, team-building programmes, annual gatherings and other events.

• Work closely with the teaching team to continuously improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
