What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer and partner enquiries, and requests through phone, email and face-to-face engagement
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
• Support customer engagement activities, events and programme launches
• Support the implementation of new policies, processes and operational initiatives
• Analyse operational feedback and propose practical improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years of customer service, customer experience, operations or related experience
• Comfortable with hands-on customer engagement, including face-to-face interactions when required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
