Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Transport Operations Executive to coordinate daily transport operations, manage vehicle schedules, monitor delivery activities, and ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport and logistics operations.

• Plan vehicle schedules and allocate drivers for transportation assignments.

• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of transport services.

• Liaise with customers, drivers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Maintain transport records, operational reports, and documentation.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve transport-related operational issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, or fleet management is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.

• Willingness to work according to operational requirements.
