• Support market mapping and talent mapping activities to identify key talent pools and provide data-driven insights for hiring strategies.

• Develop and maintain recruitment workflows and documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.

• Handle candidate inquiries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor the progress of open roles, ensuring alignment with forecasted headcount requirements and timelines.

• Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfillment status.

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor laws.

• Maintain updated job descriptions and manage recruitment-related documentation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to facilitate recruitment activities.
