HR Operations Specialist | Up to $3,600 | 1-Year Contract
Responsibilities
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
Manage work pass applications and renewals.
Prepare employment contracts and manage probation and confirmation.
Support employees and managers on HR matters.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
Assist with payroll, HR reports and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Coordinate with operations teams on HR matters.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in HR, Business or a related field.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work passes.
Experience supporting frontline or technical employees is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Position Details
Basic Salary: Up to $4000 per month
Contract: 1 year, with potential conversion to permanent employment
Location: 5-min walk from Pasir Panjang MRT
