- Grow and manage a Financial Lines portfolio across the region
- Build strong broker and client relationships
- Underwrite complex risks with meaningful authority
- Drive profitable growth and portfolio performance
- Mentor and develop underwriting talent
- Represent Berkley in the market
8+ years' Financial Lines underwriting and/or broking experience
