Travelbro Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and organised Operation Assistant to join our team. If you are interested in the travel industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the operation team with daily travel and tour arrangements.
- Assist in preparing itineraries, booking details, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other travel partners.
- Assist in checking and updating booking and passenger information.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers when required.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
