Job Description : (Project Executive)
Job Specialization : Building Projects

1) To handle all matters related to QS studies includes contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liase with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment.

2) Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims and site evaluation.To read drawings/plans well and possess good negotiation skills with suppliers/contractors on quotations and procurement.

3) To verify, prepare database, process and manage all matters related to QS duties.

4) To involve in measurement of quantities for purpose of tender documentation and progress payment. To prepare and assess variation order, remeasurement and final account. To prepare financial statement.

Job Highlights:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• Experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages of construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and experience in quantity take-off using Autodesk Revit and/or Glodon software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and attend site visits or meetings as required by project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
