Fibre Optic Site Supervisor

Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and coordinating fibre optic cable installation works on site, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fibre optic cable installation and related site works.
• Coordinate site workers, technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure installation follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor work quality, progress, and site productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve installation issues.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper cable routing, installation, termination, testing, and protection.
• Report site issues, delays, and safety concerns to management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in fibre optic installation or telecommunications.
• Experience supervising site teams or subcontractors.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand installation requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
