HR Manager – Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to join an established asset management firm. The role will have a strong focus on

payroll and talent acquisition

, while supporting the broader HR function across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

monthly payroll

, including salary processing, CPF contributions, tax matters, benefits, claims and payroll reconciliation.

Lead

talent acquisition

across investment, front-office and corporate functions, covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.

Manage employee lifecycle matters including contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies.

Support compensation and benefits, performance reviews, employee relations and HR policy implementation.

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment requirements.

Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies and relevant HR service providers.

Support HR reporting, audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in

Human Resources, Business Administration

or a related discipline.

Approximately

5–8 years of HR experience

, with strong hands-on exposure to

payroll and talent acquisition

.

Prior experience within

asset management, investment management, financial services or professional services

is preferred.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and payroll practices.

Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a lean HR environment.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
