Reporting Line

Reports to the Genesis Program Manager / Program Director and works closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, PMO, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities – Technical Project Lead (Backend Infrastructure)

• Lead the implementation of the Global Backup and Disaster Recovery modernization project across all environments and sites.
• Define and standardize enterprise backup, recovery, retention, and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Manage technical activities related to backup solution selection, deployment, migration, testing, and decommissioning of legacy backup platforms.
• Lead the deployment and operational integration of immutable backup technologies and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute disaster recovery testing, validation, and optimization activities.
• Drive hardware lifecycle management initiatives including asset inventory standardization, refresh planning, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead the implementation of Network Access Control (NAC) and SD-WAN technologies across enterprise locations.
• Coordinate infrastructure modernization activities covering compute, storage, and network environments within the datacenter landscape.
• Define and implement target-state datacenter architecture including hybrid cloud integration and infrastructure automation capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, and vendors to ensure secure, resilient, and operationally supported solutions.
