We are looking for a candidate with experience in the private banking or wealth management domain, and knowledge of Know Your Client (KYC), client onboarding, CRM, and document / account management, etc.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be a member of the Asia team, which manages and delivers the business project portfolio to support the Bank’s growth strategy. Key features of the role and responsibilities include business analysis, requirements gathering, stake holder management, project management and change management. The Business Analyst works closely aligned with the Product Owner / Business stake holders / Scrum Master or IT Project Leads and Developers to deliver projects end-to-end.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Professional and Technical

• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management
• Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understanding
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Good understanding of document management and data analysis
• Hands experience of User acceptance testing management
• Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels
