Job Responsibilities :

-         Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Maintenance.

-         Monitor staff attendance, work performance, duty rosters and manpower allocation.

-         Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

-         Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

-         Monitor room availability, cleanliness, maintenance and service standards.

-         Assist in monitoring operational expenses, inventory and resource utilisation.

-         Train, guide and supervise hotel employees to maintain service quality and productivity.

-         Prepare daily operational reports and report important issues to management.

-         Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.

-         Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

-         Relevant experience in hotel operations, hospitality or a supervisory position.

-         Good leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

-         Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational matters.

-         Knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards and housekeeping coordination.

-         Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational reporting.

-         Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
